I have a 1995 dodge Cummins 5spd. Here lately I have noticed it to be running sluggishly. The problem kinda comes and gos. The other day I was driving it and the problem never went away. It wouldn't make over 10 lbs. of boast and the pyro was really cool. It isn't the air filter or the fuel filter. I bled the injection lines at the pump but that didn't help. I just replaced the fuel lines and put rubber ones the whole way around. Reading other articles it sounds like it might be the overflow valve. What is it? Where is it? And what do you think?

Not to sure if the o. v. is the problem but its on the left side of the pump towards the front of the truck and has a fuel line coming off of it heading down and to the rear of the truck.

there is a procedure on how to check it on the tdr somewhere... here try this

I would also check your boost fittings and inercooler hoses for leaks.

Have you checked your fuel pressure, that might help steer you in the right direction.

You really need to check your fuel pressure when you are going down the road and have the problem. If the fuel pressure is ok then check for a intercooler boot or some other boost leak.
