No power steering

I have a 91 D350 and lost my power steering this morning. Fluid level is good and there is no noise when turning. Over the last 2 months it would occasionally whine a little while turning and I feel a slight lack in power steering. But now its a constantly hard to turn but the whine is gone. All other vehicle systems are functioning normally. There's over 180,000 on the truck so I am assuming the power steering pump when out? Or is there something else causing this? Anything else I should do/check when I pull the pump off?

Make sure that the drive shaft in the vac pump is still solid with no free play, it is most likely just the pump but it dosent heart to check.

I'm replacing all the o-rings in the vacuum pump as well since I've got it on the bench.
