(I think here one is still entitled to the rebate that existed at the time of order) BUT what happens if the rebates increase? Do you get the increased rebate, even though a lesser rebate was "on" at the time of the order?

It was on a Detroit station, and was the 2 dudes in the old Charger chasing the Rams, duallies hemis and CTD 2500 and 3500's. Looked like a "national" type commercial, it made no mention of local or regional availabillity. Total rebates of 9 grand, that is what the ad said.
