Need help fixing water leak at my house

Great Locomotive Chase: The Rest of the Story

Need help. My wifes Explorer's headlights stopped working. Turn the headlight switch on and everything works but the headlights. If I pull the "flash to pass" then I can flash the high beams, but there is no low beam. I replaced the headlight switch still nothing. Can anyone give me some advice on this? Maybe the dimmer switch? It is a '98 Explorer. I tried to get help on the Ford site but no respnse from anyone. I hate to use the extended warranty now because it is about to expire and I would like that refund if I can prevent using it this late. Thanks in advance!

I have a 94 F-150 and one of the headlights went out. Everything worked the same as you describe. I just put in new bulbs and it fixed the problem.

I tried the bulb replacement on Monday and it didn't work so I replaced the headlight switch and it still didn't work. I stopped and picked up the hi/lo beam/turn signal switch on my way home yesterday, maybe thats it. I will see if I can get to it today. Thanks guys.

When I worked on a fleet of 97 ford buses this was a very common problem because they ran with the lights on all the time. It was always the turn signal switch.
