Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) No smoke ??

Just finished installing geno's banjo bolts,went for a test drive and it does not get above 27 lbs boost and 1100 on the piro. thinking it does not have enough fuel but pressure is 14 at idle and 9 at wot. before install had plenty of egt's and 32lbs boost. what gives?

Is it running smoothly? I wonder if you have some air in the high pressure side of the fuel system? Maybe crack your injector lines and make sure you've got fuel coming out of all of them.
