Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) No Tach, Speedo, temp sensor, Heater motor, and not shifting into overdrive!

Well I got the truck running tonight and running quite good I might add! But I have no speedo, tach, temp sensor, Heater motor, and the truck dose not want to shift into overdrive. I have an Ats transmission with the lock up commander and that doesn't turn on either. It has to be something electrical. I just put a new head on and have dissconnected alot of harnesses! There is on on the top of the engine that has a Tan/black wire and a Black/light blue wire! Where is that supposed to go and does anybody have any hints or answers!#@$%!

Check your engine speed sensor (crank sensor) it is top center above the damper,the connector is almost hidden by the upper radiator hose.

This is what I found out... ... I found that the 10 AMP fuse in the fuse panel for the engine was popped..... replaced with a new one and works fine thanks for the adve=ice the fuel shutoff selenoid must have shorte it out cause the relay is bad. Thanks for your advice! slowly getting the quirks worked out of it
