Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) No Throttle Response

Took the 99 into my local repair shop for the evaporator and accumulator to help with the heat in the cab, now I have a nice cool cab and NO THROTTLE RESPONSE. Do you think the VP44 could have bit the dust?? Or What???

You will have to check for the dreaded P 0216 code. If it is there get ready to spend about $1100.

Thanks She's going in this morning to check for the dreaded code. I tried the odometer check but I must be doing something wrong.

Make sure the APPS is plugged in, if the harness was removed it will start but the pedal won't do anything.
