No Wait To Start light, no Problem Codes

Just leaving for the midwest from Maryland. This morning, wait to start light does no illuminate at 29 degrees. Wait 20 seconds and start anyway, with rough running. Modulate with throttle and just drive. No codes visible when key cycled. Ideas ? I haven't checked the fuses yet, and the owner's manual is a bit fuzzy which ones to check.

To add insult to injury, the vacuum pump for the Jake died as well.

Thanks for any ideas. I know the vacuum pump gets replaced in Michigan.
