I put new wipers on my Dodge and now it is just popping fuses and i cant see any reason for it. I did the typical thing and changed them in the rain and they were working before the new wipers!  :{ WTF??????

Did you pull the arms off or just slide the new ones in? If you pulled the entire arm, you may be off on the spline causing it to bind and stop the motor.

I just slid the old ones off and the new ones on. I did move the armes by accident but only a few inches then back to where they where. I have done this numerouse times with no problems!!! I looked down in to the cowl to see if any twigs or what have you got down there to bind it but they all move freelee and no bindage. if the motors were gone they just wouldn't work right?

If there is a short in the motor it would blow the fuse. You could try disconnecting the motor or the wiper motor relay and then see if it blows the fuse. I can't imagine the blades causing the problem. Usually you can apply some force to the arm and see if it will rotate. Don't overdo it.
