2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Noise behind dash

There is a noise coming from what I would guess behind the dash that sounds like a speedo cable that needs some grease. This is on my wifes 2k.



It seems to have started when the weather got cooler. .

At about what RPM?



I'm gonna guess that the heater hose still has it's oriface in it. The fitting on top of the engine for the heater core has a small oriface in it for flow characteristics. It was removed in later years, but I don't know if it's in the 2k models or not. It was in my '99 so chances are...
