Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Noise filter install

Someone did a write up with photos about a year ago. I can't seem to locate it. Anyone know about the install?

it's called a muffler :-laf, I couldn't resist. What kind of noise filter are referring to and what is the noise you're trying to filter?

I remember the thread but dont have it handy. I have a DTT Noise filter and it took all of 3 minutes to install and their directions have pics and schmatics etc. One of the better things I have installed on my truck as it does EXACTLY what it is advertised to do and totally took care of my trans Hunting problem.

I put one on a few months back. DTT provides good instructions. It fixed my problem and I recommend it highly. I'd allow about 30 minutes to do it right. That includes soldering the connections and clean up time.

The DTT kit comes with an illustrated installation instruction sheet that makes it a no brainer
