2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Noise Killer

I am trying to find a source for the Industrial sound dampening spray on coating called Noise Killer. It is supposed to be sold by Industrial Sound Dampening in Tempe AZ, but I get all types of ridiculous recordings about a long distance carrier has not been chosen when I try to phone or fax these people. The Phone company tells me the problems are on their end. Anyone know where I can get this? I have my interior out of my truck for a clean and seat repair so now would be a good time to try it. Thanks.
