Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Noisy Dual Disc???

those of you with 5speeds that have a 4th gear rattle, should check the thrust bearing behind the input shaft most likely worn out, had this happen to me a couple of times whenever you are in direct drive at a lower rpm and add fuel you get slight shudder and grinding noise this has been my experience.
