non-adjustable torque dog

I'm posing this question for a friend who purchased what was listed as an "05 bully dog torque dog" off of ebay-used. What he received was a non-adjustable unit (no toggle switch), with harnesses that look like they go to the MAP and Rail pressure sensors.



Did Bully dog make such a unit that would work on an '05, or is this unit a earlier year/version? Trying to save some headaches and ask the question prior to install.
