We have secured some more vendors, Down payments for the facilities and lots of events have been made, and insurance is in place.

I know we have discussed a portable dyno at the meetings, and I am pretty sure Bryan is working on that. I will contact him this weekend and find out for sure.

Catering is taken care of, we went a company who was recomended to us by the Expo Center. Five Star Catering is the name they will also be handleing the Brew
