We have updated our web site with a map and a link to be able to get some directions to the location of this years event. You can find the information on our locations page of the web site below:

http://www.norcalrally.com/location.html

We have also reserved food vendors for this years event: Beer, Wine, Pizza, Cheesy Bread, Nachos, Hot Dogs, Churros, Pretzels, Popcorn, and Soft drinks.

We heard from a few more vendors that will be participating. The President of AFE will be supporting our event this year along with his wife.

The sound system has been donated by Furman Sound Company.

We will also have a tank from the US Army that will be participating in the pulls.

Track equipment has been donated by United Rentals Company.

A heads up, we need to have all pre-registers in by May15th to help us pay for the event. There is a lot of cost in this and we could really use the support from both the vendors and the participants. We will be sending out tickets and camping passes by the end of the month for those of you that have already registered

We have a long way to go to cover this years event. We are counting on your support and registration to help us make this event possible. There are still booth spaces available for both Vendors and Manufactures. If you would like booth space information please e-mail us at -- email address removed --

Update 07/May/02

Confirmened the following;

Local Ford, Chevy, and a couple other dealers.

Two major RV manufactures in works.

The local sheriff is bringing out their mobile command unit.

The local fire department is getting involved.

The coast guard is making their way on-shore.

Several MAJOR aftermarket accesory companies are in the works and are tentative vendors, not to mention many of the diesel related ones too.

Not to forget about the sled pull, mud boggs, show and shine, and burnout contests.

PLUS... ..... two organizations are in the planning stages of setting up a rockcrawling event for all those Jeeps and big lifted trucks.

There will be radio spots on the Howard Stern morning show, and on the local radio stations 15 days prior to the event.

We are pulling out all the stops... . and going balls to the wall with stuff to do.

Help us put on the best Norther California truck rally, and pre-register in advance.

Thanks,

Scott

This is going to be a great time, I printed the registration and will send it in tonight if I can get some of these trucks out of my front yard in time.
