I am sure there will be plenty of people RV'ing in for the weekend, as far as the BBQ We are working on having the food catered from a very respectfull local establishment, can't think of the name right now will post later.



Brian Kinney, from Diesel-Central.com is working on the portable dyno I will check his progress and report back here as soon as I here from him.

I stopped by Central 4wd and 4wheel parts wholesalers here in Sacramento today, spoke to the store managers and gave them some handouts from the rally webpage, they both sounded very interested. I am sure the rally staff will be hearing from them soon.

Beast2B---Whiplash has been under investigation for fraud(I believe) and maybe a few other things---they're not a reputable company unless they've changed their ways, but the last time I read about them it didn't look good---there was a ton of posting on some site about these guys and it wasn't good--I believe the Feds were involved--I'd say don't invite them----chris

A quick call to the local national gurd recuiting center will get you all the static dispys you will let them post. They are always looking to get publicity.



I was in the guard and the kids always love the hummers and large weapons TOWs 50cals MK2 grenade launchers and such. . It's like GI Joe shows up to talk to them.



You might see if the police have a local D. A. R. E. racing team. Police in a good light and fast cars appeal to everyone.



If I'm still working in San Ramon maybe I'll come too.

Beast2B, I have heard of Whiplash unfortunatly I heard or read the same article Chris has they are definatly introuble.



Mark, we have thought about most sugestions you have brought up we have a big Furd guy Bill who actully owns a lot of military viehcles we should have a tank there also



Big Jake works at the Veterans Home and where initally going to have a parade of trucks to the VA home charging like $10. 00 to enter the parade and then donate or present the check to the Home but it's to espensive to have the local law block off the street for the parade so we thinking about busing in the Vet's and presenting them a check at the Exspo Center.



Good Idea on the National Guard maybe Big Jake has a number of the local one in NAPA ??? I can make the call.

We are scheduled to go down and talk to the MLM guy's March 8th. I was thinking about the JackRabbit that thing is a real crowd pleaser and the corvette too who knows maybe we can them in.

I had heard some negative comments about Whiplash also, and even noticed their webpage disappear last year! I thought maybe since they had a new webpage they had become more legit... They do have cool lifts! If there isn't any indication of a change in their practices, LEAVE 'EM OUT!!
