Well, we are having too much trouble getting this one pinned down. I would like to suggest that we utilize Elk Grove Regional Park this weekend and keep the original date. Big Jake, Yountville sound like a beatuiful place for our next get together. I am sure that most of us have set aside this weekend for this and that it will be easier for most to keep it. A trip to the beach sounds like a great way to spend another weekend, and set some time aside to get to know each other even more.



Elk Grove will also be centralized (for most of us) and sounds as though it would be easy to find also. So, in order to keep the date and get together I suggest that we go here. I hope that this is good for everyone and we can set the next time and place at the same time.



I am not trying to be pushy, I just want to see us get together and time is getting short. I am not Jeff, but I will try to fill in for him in the interim. I have not seen any ideas here that have not sounded great! I just want to try and get us all together.



Does that sound good to all of you?

as far as Yountville is concerned, that is out, they are booked up and the fees and permits and insurance policies we would need to secure are just too prohibitive and costly.



Maybe you guys who live close by in Elk Grove can kind of scout out the park and figure out a place where about 10 or so families can hang out together ( reasonably close to parking and restrooms).



what time do we intend to meet?

OK! Let's go with Elk Grove for the get together this Saturday. Jim, if you would not mind, please post some directions for those coming from the north, south, east and west. And, a call to the park might not be such a bad idea, either. I know that we usually get together for breakfast around nine so I would say that 11 to 12 at the park will be good for a picnic. Jim, if you are able to set something up with the dealer, great!



I hope that many of us will be able to make it. Sorry to hear that you won't Kickin, but business is business. Those of you who talk with others regularly please make sure to let them know.



Hey Scott, are you comin? I want to see the new baby.



Remember, family and friends are welcome! Bring something to eat and drink (Duh) and let's just hang out for a while. It's gonna be to hot to work anyway.

If anyone has any gismos or things that they want to sell/trade this is a good time. I will be buying new tires soon and will donate my michelins to whomever is going to be doing smokeshows. A brand new spare on the steel rim can be gotten for a song when I finally get the new tires on.
