Truck was up for a pump recalibration and tune-up. I have to replace the clutch when it gets back here. Then I should have some time to work with you on a get together.

The bombing party sounds good also before a dyno day. I would be willing to meet up with you guys to talk about it and figure out some details. Let me know.

My truck is back and not in dire need of any work for a while. If you want to get together and figure out something give me a call. I am usually down at the shop during the day. 530-742-3248. No answering machine but it will show me a number and I will return call.

I spent most of Saturday morning down at the shop. We dynoed a 1968 Cougar so I was able to see exactly how it all works. The shop has just reopened since the closure that was forced on them in thier last shop due to the lack of electrical power in the building. I am thinking we need to try and set this up for sometime in late July. I am thinking the 30th if this will work with everyone. Incase anyone wants to he also has a dyno that will do Quads and Motorcycles and he can run both at once. So if you are also interested in ATV power bring them along. We are working in setting up a projector for viewing the runs. There is a lot of parking on the premises and also in the Municipal lot accross the street and on the street. I think we can accommodate a large turnout. As soon as we figure out a date here I will start a thread for a Dyno Day on here and a couple of other sites. Any feelings on dates let me know. Stomp I know you have quite a drive so if you need me to check out Hotel/Motel rates let me know. We also have some campgrounds in the area and of course Lake Oroville for boating and fishing (and it is full for a change). RonA, Mattymac and anyone else interested let's pick a central location and get together soon to get this thing going. I have a source I am checking on for a Winshield Decal and maybe some smaller ones for the side windows or back window. I really want to get this off and running. I don't want it to sit and get stale. I think we can also do some out of area runs as a group too. I am planning on attending the October Showdown this year at Tulare just waiting for the info to show so I can plan time off from work.

Cancelled last year and won't be happening again this year, the sled pulling season will be ending with the High Dessert Diesel Round up down at LACR outside LA. Its in conjuction with the last DHRA Drag Racing event and is going to be a big event.



The last two weekends in July there are no pulls, so that would work for me thus far.
