Hohn, if I'm not mistaken 3% is the max allowable oil soot level.
I'm not sure if this is by weight or volume. Assuming it's by volume and you're holding 12 qts (don't like working with elevenths) 3% would be a third of a quart.
Not enough to worry about but not a minuscule amount either, in fact burning that amount in 5k would be ideal in my book.
