Head Count

Ok guys let's firm up the numbers so we can see what we have.

I need to know:

1. How many for the dyno?

2. How many for pizza at lunch?

3. Who is bringing drinks and ice?

4. Who plans on dry camping?

We still need a couple of more trucks to dyno, we need 10, but we only have 8. If we don't have 10 paying customers this event will not happen.

Thanks,

Wes

Wes,

Count me in on the dyno, pizza and I'll bring some drinks. I'm going to pass on the camping. BTW, I ordered some injectors from Piers. Do you need more install practice? I don't think 2. 5 hours is bad. You think we can get it down to 2?

We're heading to Montana tomorrow, but we'll be back next Saturday. I probably won't have any web access, so I'll catch up when we get back.

See ya in a couple of weeks.

David

I'm in

Hello

Put me down for all of the above.

I'm in for the dyno. I still want to run stock and then run again with some goodies installed.

I am still waiting to mount my gauges, I have not recieved my dash pod from Geno's. If it isn't here by the 21st I will have to do something else.

I can bring some sodas/ice and cooler.

I plan on doing the camping thing.

Yes I want pizza for lunch. I will have either a total of 2 or 3 in my party.

I don't think having enough trucks will be a problem. You posted that we have 8 right now and with this thread having over 600 veiws, we may need that big field you where talking about to park all the CTD. :D :p :D

Let me know if you need anything else.

See Ya

Chris

Dry camping ... what's up with that???? I like it nice and moist . .

My plans look like they may change ... . dog in heat ... time to bred her ... so ... looks better for me to make it there

Keith

David:

You just let me know when you want to slap those babies in. Did you get the DDII's? We might get some decent hp numbers out of that truck yet:D I wonder what the EZ and II's will yield.

Chris:

No need to worry about putting her on the dyno with your new toy if you don't have the gauges in yet. My temps were nothing to worry about when I dynoed with the EZ.

We all know how to get Keith to show up, we just need a ***** in heat. :) Hope you get to make it Keith, do you think you'll camp with us?

Well I know 2 guys who have new clutches and a lot of power. This should get interesting. Also, you should see the black smoke that my truck is laying down, might look like a John P. imitation. ;)

Later,

Wes

Wes, your bragging to much! That clutch of yours will slip on the dyno and your numbers will be low! Then me and my new clutch will grad and leave your numbers behind.

Luckly I wont be on a track. With those dents in my finder the wind drag might slow me down! :D Anyaway lets roll on! I'm ready to party!!!

Wes

That sounds like we have another truck to put on the dyno. Unless Scott is scared:D :p :D that is.

I'm ready, let's do it. I was at the Trenton action today and walked around the parking lot putting flyers on every CTD I saw.

See Ya

Chris;)

Still just 8 trucks

Scott has already been counted. So we still need a couple of more.

Scott have you got your work schedule arranged yet??

Wes

Daddy is ready to go. I found me a guy to work for me that Sat. The camper is ready, and the White Gost is ready to RUMBLE!:p Let the smoke roll!!!

Looking better and better ... trip out to the central states is cxed . . dog getting ready . . dad is pimping her out to a nice suitable donor stud. I should be able to make it down on Friday ... so . . where are we camping ... need to know if all goes well ... dry?? or in a CG ...

Might run on the dyno ... doubt it ... waiting for the 370's and other stuff to get here ... won't have time to install ... . but if I get a chance to bump my timing I just might . .

Keith

Good deal Keith, look forward to seeing you. Could you bring that boost elbow to me??

So far Chris, Scott and I will be camping at the dyno shop ( No $$$) . There are no hookups, but I don't have a problem with generators if you don't run them all night. There is a 'Mobile Home Vila' nearby so we cant' bother the neighbors.

Hope you make it down Fri. , maybe we can get Kimrey to make his "Firehouse Spaghetti" for all of us :) .

If you must have hookups (wussie) there is a KOA in Smithfield, about 20 miles away. I think Rattlin Ram will be staying there. Ought to be a good time Fri. night we can burn a big fire and harvest a little barley. :D

Chris: Let me know if anyone contacts you about coming so I can keep the numbers straight.

See all of you there.

Wes

THAT'S MR. WUSSIE TO YOU,,,,,,,,,

Schedule for the 26th of Jan

Good evening to all.

The activities will go as follows:

Start at 8:30-9:00

Line up trucks for the dyno.

9:00-1100

Perform dyno runs.

11:00-11:45

Lunch break. Lunch will be a pass the hat and get pizzas. There is a Subway near by or you can bring your own.

11:46-1215

Finish lunch and talk about starting our chapter. All we need is 4 people to head it up and folks with interest in getting together and work on CTD or just meet for lunch and BS (talk). We also need a Name. I suggest Mid-Altantic States for us, that can be something we talk about.

12:16- till closing

Perform dyno runs.

The location is close to the I95 and I40 crossing point.

You need to exit from I40 at the exit number 319 (Highway 210) Go towards Smithfield.

1/4 of a mile turn left after the Texaco Station.

200 yards make a left on a road with out a name (sorry no red barn or big oak tree). :D We will have a sign out there Sat morning, there is a sign for TRUE BLUE PERFORMANCE pointing where to go.

1 mile down the road on the right, you will find the TRUE BLUE PERFORMANCE shop. You will not be able to miss all the trucks that will be there.

Wes is still waiting for some more truck owners to anwser up and put their truck on the dyno.

See Ya at the dyno.

Chris

Chris:

My son will be going with me in his "new" 2001. 5 CTD.

He is planning on running his on the dyno too so add

him to the list. Also, do you want to sell your plastic

3-gauge dash mount to my son? Pete said you might.

Please let me know.

Thanks!

John_P

A brand new truck to dyno.

John,

Sure didn't take your son long after college to get a new truck.

Look forward to seeing you guys.

Wes

Wes:

Yeah, Johnner has been "looking" at them for awhile

now. His truck is a black 4X4 Auto, shortbed 4-door

pretty well loaded except for leather. He got it @

"Hendrick Dodge" in Cary. He is already planning

his "BOMBING" plans!! But... . right now it is bone

stock except for a K&N filter I gave him out of my old

stock airbox.

----------

Chris:

Are you interested in selling that 3-gauge black plastic

dash mount bezel you bought from Pete?? Still waiting

to hear from you! Thanks!

John_P

Well John_P, your son will get plenty of ideas next weekend. look foward to meeting new people and the ones I haven't seen in a year! I can't wait:D

16 trucks and counting

Well Guys the numbers are looking better. This should be a really good turnout. I think it will be a good time for everyone. I have 16 trucks on the list along with several who "Are going to try their best". Not all trucks are planning on the dyno, so still room for a couple of more to dyno if you wish.

Thanks Guys,

Wes

Looks like things took off while we were in the great white north. Glad to hear John_P Jr. got a new ride. Wes, I talked to Louise Harry last week. Injectors should be here sometime this week. They are DDII's. Hopefully we can get them in sometime between runs. Looking forward to it. See everyone Saturday.

David
