It appears confirmed that the wife will get a temporarly position in Anchorage... And so, it appears we'll get to tour Alaska.

I'll get to leave Oregon the last few days of July and won't be back until the last day or two of August.

I'm hoping to take a gig or two of hi-res pictures, live video, and scenery. This is one venture I am sure won't be overshadowed for a long time to come.

I'm excited and a bit nervous, now. got a LOT to do before then...

Will you be camping?

Send me an E-mail message if you plan to visit the Fairbanks area. I'll set you up with a couple of nights of free camping at one of the local campgrounds if you're interested.

Preparing for the trip should be half the fun!! :)

Since I plan on visiting ANWR, and Deadhorse, if we have the time, yes, I'll at least be through Fairbanks. I haven't settled on an itinerary, and won't, until we determine what the wife's accomodations will be. She'll be in an RN position at Providence, in Anchorage. I will be driving up and towing our travel trailer. I'm presently rebuilding it... specially set up for this trip. Going to carry 70-80 gallons of fresh water, and holding tanks for it all. Have battery power for our electronic devices (inverter in the trailer), and spare everything :)

I would be happy to meet ya, even if we don't end up staying there.

Power Wagon,

Glad that your coming through. If you have any problems within 8-10 hours of Fairbanks either side give me a call. Just pm for my number if you wish.
