Well, if you don't mind driving all the way over here, we could do it at the farm, in the shop. I'd rather get it inside, as apposed to doing in the truckstop parking lot. As far as I know, it will be empty this weekend, and I think I'll be home, and not to/from KS or NE. If we do that, mid Sat AM before going to Rochelle, it should work just fine. If you wanted to come Fri. night, I've got a guest room you could stay in, if you like. I could show you my new radio, too.



I'll try to remeber to call you Friday, or you could give me a jingle as well on my cell phone.

to everyone that showed up for supper and pop at petro in rochelle it was very informative . lets look into starting a chapter and then go from that . there was eight of us that was a good starting out. met coulpe good guys that would help uot if you need it

Sorry I missed the event saturday. Work came first as you all know.

After reading some after event posts I have a question?

Are you guys and gals trying to start a Illinois club? Kind of like a Illinois chapter of the TDR? If so great count me in.

I would like to know when the next Group meeting will be so I can plan to attend.

A Il club would be a great way to plan get togeathers and show Illinois and Western midwest pride.

i have a coulpe of friends that drive ( ford ) one showed up and his friend wants to join if we start one (chapter) that would be great if we just open to diesel class

Yes we did. Late night, particularly for Wayne. He drove back home after we got done. Took us about 4hrs total, but we had one problem to remedy, that cropped up during the test drive. Somehow one of the adjustment screws (and jamb nut) for setting the valve lash on #1 exhaust side had gotten loose, and the pushrod jumped to the side. Fortunantely the rod didn't get bent. It is amazing what a timing advance will do. Oo.
