Klamath Falls is about the halfway point from Corvallis to Minden. I know there are a few going from Seattle. That drive to K Falls would be about 9-10 hours. There is a KOA campground about 3 miles west of I-5 on Hwy 34 heading to Corvallis. If some were to leave on Friday from up north then the KOA would be a good meeting point. Just a thought.

I will probably be floating along the freeways in GW... I just might hook up too.

PUNK, get a note from your doctor for work explaining your medical condition called BOMBitus.

Hey Mike, Mike Clay and I talked about meeting in Wilsonville and hooking up with you in Corvallis. Lets get together soon and plan a more definate time and place for everyone to meet up.

Talk to you soon.

I am LOL'in at you guys!!!

Piers, I would relish a long distance contest with you. I can only hope your egt would reach the stratosphere at which time you would have to let me pass #ad
#ad
#ad
Once in front I could deploy the anti-Piers floatation devices to effect the widening of the HVAC mobile. If that didn't work I would resort to the anti-Piers oil slick! #ad

Why a tent?He could just sleep under one of our trailers. HeHe Piers,I wouldnt want to hold you up. My truck,at present,is unBombed. I have a few things in mind for it when the greenbacks allow. It would be great to meet up with HVAC but thats about 1000mile out of our way. HeHe. Will have to wait for Minden instead.

I'm at the half way point. . Piers you could meet HVAC here and race over Sonora Pass. . Hell I might even join in . . This ol' 3500 likes the hills and twisties. . #ad
#ad
[plus I'v been over this route so many times I might have a slight advantage. ]

Okay I'm gonna check the map to see exactly where Sonora is. Racing over a pass sounds too much fun to "pass" up #ad

Michael, I may or may not be able to join up with you on the way to Minden. I have to do some repair work on my truck before I leave. If I get on the road early enough on Saturday, I'll head toward the Klamath Falls KOA. I've made it from Seattle to L. A. in 18 hours, so this run should be a piece of cake. Maybe I can catch up with you. Come to think of it, I have no hotel reservation for Sunday night at the Carson Valley Inn, so I'll probably be camping out in the parking lot that night!
Party Time!
Andy
