Who's responsible for diseminating the information regarding the coordination of this, the PDR dyno day Friday, and the pulls in Lynden on Saturday?

We need to have one place with all the pertinent info for all three, especially since there are going to be overall awards for the weekend...

We need:

start times and locations

prices

classes

prizes

how the "overall" prizes will be determined



Can we make sure this gets put together and posted on this forum as well as other sites? It needs to be easy to get all the information in one place if we expect a good turnout of spectators and competitors alike.

Also, are the pulls on Sunday going to count toward anything? If I'm pulling Saturday, then I can just drag race on Sunday, right?
