It is about the Diesel Land Speed Record - can you say 252 mph? I would hate to have to pay the BOMBing bill on this one.

It is a real interesting set up. The engine is behind the cab and the truck is completely streamlined. It has four turbos blowing through intercoolers into two blowers, though aftercoolers. There is also a conventional cab Freightliner that runs out of the same shop. It has the same engine set up. I have pictures taken at Bonneville in 2001 but they are too big too post and I don't know how to reduce them. With some help I have both trucks and engine. When they run lots of smoke and that Jimmy scream.

It comes as no surprise that it is running a big 'ole Detroit under the hood..... all the big power pullers and drag racers are runnin' 'em.
