Should have more power
I have a 96 215 5 spd #11 forward, with a BHAF and timing at 15. 5, straight piped and I hit 38-40 lbs at 5,000ft or so in Layton Utah. I had high egts until I went with a BHAF, flows much better than stock or K&N from my experience. The exhaust helped alot as well. I know that if I visit my folks in California my boost numbers are way of the efficency map for the HX-35, in the 45 plus range (BAD). The power is good though. I have raced a couple vehicles, last one was a newer Saab 9000 turbo and I pulled on him from 50 mph or so but he backed off when I started pulling. I can tow our boat from Utah to California at 80 or so and still befine egt wise. Hope you get it straitened out.

Since it is raining here I can spin the tires all the way to 4th gear, sometimes 5th. Makes it interesting when I merge on the freeway sometimes, still fun to kick the back out around corners, people probally mess their pants.
