Not much heat coming from heater!!!

Does anyone know what could be wrong with my heater on a 2006 3500 diesel. It was about 10 degrees and our first cold snap of the winter and it doesn't seem like my heater works as good as I remember it working. I remember something in my TDR magazine but now I can't seem to find it. There is still heat but not as much as there should be. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Get a cold weather front to cover the radiator from geno's. It will not produce enought heat unless under load with the temp that low. This is a way of showing you that a diesel is to efficient.
