Not sure cause I don't really know! So I'll go the place that is full of knowledgable folks the TDR! I got a 2016 2500 6.7 and wondering how many fuel filters it has? I know the one in eng compartment but is there another one between the one in eng comp. & fuel tank

I just asked the same question on my 2013. And, I confirmed the answer by crawling under the truck.
Yes, you do have a second filter/Water Separator. From the passenger side of your truck, just in front of the rear wheel, look up beside the rear end housing. Part # 68197867AA
