Different (better) sled. The sled is owned by NearPass.

Pulling starts at 9AM. You need to be there for the drivers meeting by 7:30-8:00 to register.

Hook fee is $20.

There will be 2 classes, Factory Diesel & Modified Diesel. I will post the rules as soon as I can get them.

The pulling trucks will automatically be part of the show-n-shine as well.

There will be a burnout contest that costs $20 to enter, and also a "tough truck" course that is a $20 event as well.

Rules for modified are like this:

1. ALL TRUCKS WHO PLACE IN THE MONEY WILL BE TECHED!

2. 8000 lb

3. No Nitrous, Propane, Alcohol, etc. #2 Diesel Only

4. No Water Injection

5. Hanging weights allowed, furthest point must not exceed 60” from C/L of front axle

All weights must be secure; disqualification may be enforced if weights fall off.

6. Must have full interior, exterior. Has to remain street legal

7. Must provide license and registration

8. Single Charger only limited to maximum of 2. 8 Chargers will be teched.

9. DOT tires, no studs, no cut or sharpened tires.

10. No aftermarket transfer cases or transmissions.

11. Rear suspension must have a minimum of 1” of travel.

12. Must pull from Reese style hitch or factory bumper. Hook point must be at the

furthest most point of the vehicle. Hook point must be at least a 3” OD ring or clevis

13. 26” Hitch Height

14. Traction/ Ladder bars allowed

15. Exhaust must exit straight up or straight down or have muffler

16. No aftermarket heads

17. Engine must be out of factory 1 ton or smaller pickup

18. Bellhousing blankets required for engine turning over 4200 RPM.

19. Drive Shaft loops recommended

20. Track and Tech official’s decisions are FINAL

Stock is just a local guy thing, no turbo pump or anything more than a chip or fuel plate. Any more questions post away.

Question about #10:

No aftermarket transmissions? As in different than came stock or does it mean I can't have a built transmission with billet shafts?

Do you know anyone runnin a billet head? I mean that is a pretty expensive hunk of metal. Maybe they could run a Sigma pump while they are at it. J/K ya Jerrod, just had to ask.
