I got the injectors pulled out and am replacing them with the 375's. I know with the 375's I need to use the thin washer. My question is when I pulled my stock injectors out there was no washer or I can not seam to get them out if they are in there. Both the new and old injectors have a thick 'washer' on the end, do I need to remove that on the new ones ? and just run the thin (. 020?) washers? I am not torquing anything down yet but I need to figure this out ASAP.

i am assuming you are talking about the '95 if so remove the thick washers and use the thinnest ones. torque hold down nuts to 44ftlbs

Yes I am talking about the '95. Thanks a ton! I guess the thick washers are the ones from the factory. The kit I got from CityDiesel came with 3 other sets of copper washers I knew to use the thin ones but didn't know if that was in addition to the one already on there.

yes the thick washers are on there from the factory. also they are 370's not 375's

i got the same ones from city diesel. good injectors for the money.

Remove the washer that was on the new injectors, and use the thin one that is in the kit, all by itself. Not stacked up with the other.
