2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission NV 4500 tailshaft seal

Replaced once under warranty, now puking like a frat boy. Is there a better one than OEM? Where to get one? Anything special I need to know about replacing it?

Bill, I have been through four seals. The latest seal, which I installed, looks sturdier than anything that had been put on prior to that. I'm positive it's a better seal, but your experience kinda mucks up that impression. You could go to NAPA, but I believe the seal would be exactly the same, just the name on the box is different. And it won't be covered under warranty because it's not a genuine MOPAR part.

John, I'm long out of warranty now, so that doesn't matter. Is the "sturdy" seal you speak of a MOPAR part or aftermarket?
