I was wondering if anyone knew the meseurments of where to cut the holes in the floor for the floor mounted 4wd shifter like the 98 up trucks and the hole for the 6 speed shifter and pictures or dimensions would be greatly apperciated

You don't have to cut any holes for the shifters. TC shifter bolts to a boss (which you have to drill - 3/8 PTO, I think) on the Side of the NV5600 case. Fits right in. Call Don at Blumenthal if you want info and a kit - mounting plate adapter, lengthened TC shifter rod, longer harness for backup light, etc. If you're going to a 1 3/8-13" clutch and later model flywheel you need a starter spacer and longer bolts. See the first link below for Cummins P/Ns on the spacer and bolts. If you do a search you'll find a ton of info here in the forums. Try "6spd swap" or something like that. i do need to cut new holes cause mine was an auto so I dont have a shifter hole and being a 96 I have the transmission mount 4x4 shifter and am changing it to the 98 up style shifter the mounts to the floor through a smaller hole along the edge of the tunnel
