Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) NV241HD transfer case output seal

Has the $15. 00 National Federal-Mogul seal 4741 been holding up with good results? Is it the same quality as the old oem 4741920, in which reading past posts didn't seem to last very long. Napa also has one 22029 part #. Does one have to buy the new oem 5086054aa at $47. 00 from Dodge to remedy this problem? Can't seem to find a cross reference for the new part # yet. Thanks, for any help with this!!!
