NV271, rebuild how to and parts needed.

Can anyone give some insite on how to rebuild the NV271, what to look for and where to get parts for them? I have an 05 2500 and when I put it into 4 wheel drive with light acceloration, it seems fine, as soon as I give it some moderate throttle it starts shaking like the chain is so loose that it's pulling right off the gears. The rear keeps turning but the truck shudders violently. I thought it was the front wheels/axles/hubs at first but now I realize it's coming from the T-case. I am in Iraq now but when I get home I want to be able to repair it. Thanks for your help.

So whats the average cost of parts? If its a couple hundred then might as well get a full rebuilt one, save the hassle of pulling mine apart right? I guess I'm hoping to find someone with some pics, diagrams and places to get parts. I have googled the hell outta nv271 rebuild.
