Honest opinion, Enterprise Engine has the best, but I do not know about cheapest.

They are pretty close to you also.

There's supposed to be a company in Texas. The local Diesel shop wouldn't tell me their name. They've fixed the 5th gear problem.

Standard Transmission? Is the TX company I believe.
