NV5600 drain?

Where is the drain and fill plug? I see the ones facing the rear of the truck but that doesnt drain the transmission does it?

You could drain it by removing a PTO cover.

Before you you yank the PTO cover off, make sure and have some RTV sealant, there's no gasket.

Unless you get a filter from Geno's, it comes with gaskets.

pull the lower bolt out of the PTO covers to drain the case, but I would still pull the covers off to clean the magnet and check for anything amiss.

Ditto. Don't worry if you can't get the magnet out. Mine wouldn't budge so I just left it. I figure changing the fluid is already 10 steps ahead of what DC recommends.

Ended up figuring it out myself, started to take the cover off, when I pulled the bottom bolt oil started to come out. hmmm this must be the drain. Thanks for the pics Klenger, should have contacted you sooner.
