NV5600 Oil type and change interval

I have a 2004. 5 with NV5600 transmission and tow heavy. Just wondering which is the best oil and how often to change. I changed to Amsoil Synthetic Synchromesh Transmission Fluid (5W-30) at 40kmiles. Now at 50k and will add the cooling adaptors from Ginos which add two additional quarts.

Sounds like you're using the good fluid for the trans. I like to change mine around 30K miles just for peace of mind. I do not tow heavy yet.
