NV5600 Transmission Mount??

I'm replacing my clutch @ 270,000 miles and will be replacing the NV5600 transmission mount in the process.
I cannot seem to find this part. I have searched with the part number that is on the mount itself, and nothing.
I have seen some listed in stock on very few websites but pictures do not match my current one.

It seems to be a Chrysler part and not a New Venture part.

Suggestions?

Is the mount bad/ torn?
Rock auto shows some. I only have half the mileage as you, but it’s NYC miles, and mine is almost like new.
