"NW Custom" location?

I'm trying to find out the current location of a small company called NorthWest Customs, who I dealt with about 4 years ago, when I bought some rear custom mud flaps for my 2nd Generation 1-ton dually.



I reckon they've moved on because the details I have are no longer valid. Does anyone have the uptodate phone, address or website details please?
