GLTDR Event April 7th & 8th - GVD get together & drag racing

How about a get together on Saturday, April 7th? If the weather is good we will pull out the BBQ and I will clean out my garage and we can crawl under the hoods of our trucks. We had a great turn out at our last get together but because of the weather we didn't get to spend time outside. Hopefully with more daylight we will be able to spend more time playing. Email me for directions and we will post more as the time gets closer. Hope to see many of you soon. Bob and Valerie

I never know what hours I'm working these days, they vary from week to week, and I usually don't know until the Monday of that week. If I'm not working graveyard shift hours, I'll probably be able to make it. I'll find out at the beginning of that week.

Hi Bob and Val sounds great to us we will be there.

Cliff,
You've been busy! I have been too but I have nothing to show for it. As of right now we will be starting around 3:30pm. I will not know if I have to work that day or not until Thursday, so if I don't work we will start a little earlier. We will be bring the BBQ out of hybernation. You can bring your own meat or we will have hamburgers available. Anyone who wants to bring a side dish or chips is welcomed to so. Valerie is making her famous "fire pasta salad". IF anyone has a specific project they would like to work on, let me know and I will make sure I have the tools available. Most of my tools are at work. Looking forward to seeing everyone again and getting some road time in some of these modified trucks.

Hi Cliff, we keep getting new e-mails daily so its hard to say how many will make it, but it looks bigger than the last. I will post tomorrow on the time, when I find out if I have to work. I just got my painless wireing kit and C. B. , also have everything to change out the 5th gear nut but probably won't do that now. Looking foward to checking out your truck. See you soon
