Yep For X mas dad came down with a wicked way out left present that I never gave thought to. A Video surveilence system that is expandable up to 12 cameras and next to zero lux (Light) SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!



Now where would you put the cams (They are small) I was thinking front and back door and over each garage bay. I still have 4 cameras left.

Those arent cameras,Gorilla has the real ones. You know the ones that look like smoke detectors,sprinkler heads... . you name it... . now thats fun stuff.

If you have kids that are not allowed in certain areas of the house/property, put some of them there to monitor those areas. I have 2 teenage boys that are still confounded as to how I knew what they were doing. Also, check to see if you can get a web interface for the system so you can check video real-time from your desk at work. Always freeked the boys out that the phone would ring whenever they were getting into stuff they weren't supposed to.

I aam about in the mood for the same thing. Today my wife and I were doing some things around thae house and I look up to see a van going down our lane leaving. we have had so many thiongs "walk off" I can barely stand it. , on a side note , this is the first year that our christmas lights have not been stolen, torn up , or the bulbs plucked out. I have 3 strands of electric fence all down the drive to fry the $astards. Oo. We have about 600' of nice pretty lights every night!
