2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission OBD Diagnostic port location

I have a 2001. 5 RAM HO engine NV5600 trans I am trying to find the OBD II port location. I have searched the area around the steering column under the dash, fuse box and under hood in engine compartment and cannot find it. Any Help?

On mine its just to the right of the steering column

Its to the right of the column, almost under the ashtray.
