Is there any TDR member that has used the OBD scan tool from "Auterra?"

I want to purchase one that will work with my 2001 CTD and my 2000 Jeep Grand Larado.
I emailed the company (Harrison R&D: http://www.ghg.net/dharrison/obdscan.html) that makes the one I've seen on recent threads, but they tell me that even though they call one of their units a "universal" unit, it has to be ordered with the Cummins interface, and will probable not work with other vehicles.
