OBD11 need help

hey guys just bought a new lap top and want to buy soft ware or what ever i need to change tire size,turn off codes , get real time info the obd11 with cables for chrysler ,ford, gm, and how much? web site,what will it do thanks a lot p. s i'm not real computer savy so don't use big words

Big question! There are lots of good OBDII (it's "2", rather than "11") products out there. However, I am not aware of a product for PC that will also allow you to program the ECM as you want to do. Do a Google search for "OBDII computer" and there are thousands of hits. If you want to do actual programming, it seems you'll need one of the Hypertech-type tools.
