Yes, it seems that Chrysler had a "deal" with the EPA in the early days of OBDII. My '98 Durango 5.2 only has 2 or 3 monitors and they always pass quick whenever I pull the battery etc. The early OBDII 4.0 Jeeps I was doing at work were the same- never a problem!
