No idea what would cause that

Me neither. Been having problems, and that is the only code that comes up. Don't know why that would keep the truck from starting and running.

Are these the same as what appears on the dashboard system diagnostics?

To take this question a little further, are all stored codes, both generic and manufacturer specific, readable through the dashboard display by cycling the IGN switch 3X, or are there some codes available only to the service techs through some special tool such as the DRBIII??? Will a generic OBDII scan tool like an Actron CP9135 or Equus 3100 read codes that will not display on the odometer display? I have never used a scan tool so obviously I do not have a clue. Thanks for any info.
