OBDII splitter, adapter

Have a Banks exhaust brake running on my 2006 OBDII port. Would like to add an Edge Monitor 85100. Has anyone had any experience with using a OBDII splitter? Would like to have both running at the same time.

I tried on with my SGII and Smary Jr a couple years ago. One of them didn't like it so I couldn't use it.

They aren't very much money so I say buy one and see if it works.


Why does the Banks brake need an OBDII reading for a 2006 truck? The ECM does all the controlling for an EB on the 2006.
