Just wondering why my towing mirrors do not have this on the passenger side. (The mirror that makes objects looks smaller so you can see more). I can't see out that mirror worth beans... ... ... Is there a way I can replace the glass on that side to have this option?

It is probably because it makes it harder to accurately judge distances when you are backing up. When you have a long trailer hooked up it makes it impossible. I dont know if you can replace the glass, but you could go to the parts store, they usually have add on mirrors that you can stick on the original. they are only a couple of bucks.

It's not so much as the magnification of my mirror as it is that the mirror just isn't optically correct. At times it's like looking into a koleidiscope. I'm getting used to it though.

The first mod I made to my '95 was to replace the fun house mirror with a flat one. Impossible to judge distance with the one that was on there. A small stick on spot mirror takes care of the blind spot.

I was thinking that I wanted to the fun house mirror... ... . Now I don't... . would rather be able to accurately back up than have a little more viewing angle... I'm getting used to it anyway
