Would freshly killed duck be considered seafood?

The Awards For the Show~N~Shine are set with a company Called Martin Awards. The Style is set and spoken for and all we need is a winner and a photo of the Truck. I then send it off and have the unit made and will post it and send it off (Or hand it to you locally). Honorable mention will need Name , and "Truck Name" To accompany the award's engraving profile.
